A little about us
Our story is made with heart.
Washoku Kitchen began under Hayakawa Tomoko, supplying freshly made sushi to Christchurch schools. The kitchen later passed to her son Jo Kennedy and Fraser Hendry, carrying forward a simple idea: tasty Japanese food should be within reach.
